Below are the Terms & Conditions applicable to Mr. TRU hi KYU Lucky Draw promotion conducted by truTRTL Home Appliances Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘truTRTL’) :

This offer is applicable to all customers above 18 years of age and residing in India who buy from select general trade, modern trade outlets, marketplaces, e-commerce and find a QR code.
The offer is valid from 1st Jan 26 to 31st Mar 26 both days inclusive.
Entry for the chance to win Air fryer for the contest after 31st Mar 25 shall not be entertained and will summarily be rejected. Participation is voluntary.
Till 31st Mar’26, Participants stand a chance to win truTRTL Digital 4.5L Air fryer on filling up the Mr. TRU hi KYU form & assured 10% discount voucher on truTRTL Digital 4.5L Air fryer.
1. Winners will be selected via draw of lots, one for each working day (from 16th Feb 2026 till 15th Apr 2026 for a total of 50 Air Fryers) for participants from India except the state of Tamil Nadu.
2. As per State Law, Tamil Nadu customers and any address of Tamil Nadu will not be part of the contest and are not eligible to redeem the vouchers.
The Program period starts from 01st Jan 2026 and shall continue till 31st Mar 2026 (inclusive of both dates).
The Program is subject to all applicable central, state, and local laws and regulations.
Consumers participating shall individually be referred to as "Participant" and collectively as "Participants".
Regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator.
The consumer will need an internet connection to access the website link accessible through the QR code.
Participants registering can participate only 1 time and win only 1 time.
Max. 1 air fryer prize can be won from 1 mobile number, email id, house address.
truTRTL reserves the right to cancel / amend / extend the Program Period without notice.
The Employees, agents, associates, and promoters of truTRTL and of its affiliates, subsidiaries and advertisement agencies (including their immediate family members) and all others directly associated with organizing the Program(s) are not eligible to participate.
Agreement to Terms and Conditions:
1. By participating, Participants agree to these Terms available on https://trutrtl.com/pages/lucky-draw .
2. truTRTL reserves the right to exclude any person from the Program on grounds of misconduct.
3. truTRTL may modify, suspend or cancel the Program due to technical issues or fraud.
4. truTRTL may cancel the Program if affected by virus, tampering or technical failures.
5. Rights to use data:
  - Participant confirms reading Terms & Conditions.
  - Participant agrees to collection and use of personal data.
  - Participant may opt-out of third party communication.
  - truTRTL shall not be responsible for spam, SMS failures, delivery issues or DND related issues.

Eligibility:
1. This Program is open to residents of India excluding employees and partners.
2. Participant shall be above 18 years of age.
3. Even if registered under NDNC/DND, truTRTL may contact shortlisted winners.
Program Timings:
1. Registrations between 12:00:01 AM to 11:59:59 PM are eligible.
2. Time of participation is as recorded in truTRTL system.
3. Entries outside Program Period will be rejected.

How to Participate:
1. For Assured Prize: truTRTL Discount Voucher
  - Customer sees the offer and participates by scanning the QR or clicking the link
  - After scanning the QR code/clicking the link, the customer lands on the microsite https://trutrtl.com/pages/lucky-draw, and fill the basic details: Name, Mobile Number, Email id, City, State Age and submit.
  - After Submit, the eligible customers will get the Assured voucher via SMS on registered mobile number.
2. For Lucky Draw:
  - After scanning the QR code,/clicking link the customer lands on the microsite https://trutrtl.com/pages/lucky-draw, and fill the basic details: Name, Mobile Number, Email Id, City, State, Age and submit.
  - Every valid participant will be considered for the lucky draw process.
  - This promotion is not applicable for Tamil Nadu and any address submitted which is from Tamil Nadu is not applicable.
  - Selected Winners will receive communication and link to fill in KYC details to claim winning prize. Post successful KYC verification, the winner will get Rs.2000 as token money to buy the truTRTL Digital 4.5L Air Fryer from the website link recommended by truTRTL. The rest of the money will be transferred to the winner 21 days after the date of delivery to the winner after showing the proof of purchase.
Winner Selection:
1. A draw on Instagram LIVE every day from February 16, 2026 to April 21, 2026 will be conducted for customers from India, not being Tamil Nadu.
2. Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of truTRTL
3. Participants have a chance to win a maximum of 1 (one) prize and 1 time only from a single mobile number, email and house address during the campaign period given above.
4. Once the winner is shortlisted, he/she will need to submit their KYC within 5 days of declaration. The shortlisted winner will be contacted by the Agency for KYC verification. This shortlisting shall, however, in no manner entitle the shortlisted winner to receive the Prize. The final winner shall only receive the Prize upon completion of the KYC at the sole discretion of the Organizers. In the event, the winner is not reachable after 3 attempts made at different time intervals and 2 different days, his/her claim to the Prize would be considered as forfeited and the Organizers shall be free to choose an alternate winner. Organizers’ decision on the selection of an alternate winner or forfeiture of the reward shall be deemed final and binding.
Contacting Winners:
1. Once the Winners are selected, truTRTL shall process the confirmatory message with the unique code and microsite link to the registered mobile number within 48 working hours excluding public holidays and Saturday & Sundays. The winner list will also be published on the Program website https://trutrtl.com/pages/winners-list
2. 2 round of SMSs broadcast and 1 round of call will be made to those shortlisted winners who are yet to share their details as per process defined. Last date to submit the details will be informed in the SMS copy.

4. truTRTL at its discretion may ask the Winners to furnish any or all the following documents:
T&C For Air fryer:
1. The truTRTL Air fryer, Model Number- Digital 4.5L Air Fryer will be given to lucky winners, and this cannot be exchanged with any other model of the truTRTL Air fryer.
2. Once the validation is successful the Air fryer will be dispatched to address provided by the customer.
3. Product cannot be returned/ exchanged unless the merchandise is delivered defective. In case the product delivered to you is defective, please contact our truTRTL customer care on +91-9599111390 or Email id: info@trutrtl.com within 24 hours of delivery of the merchandise, in case of failure to do so, the reward shall be considered as accepted by the customer
4. The warranty is auto applied to the products.
5. No change in color, fit, size, brand etc. will be entertained once the order is placed.
6. If the gift is Returned to Origin (RTO) due to any reasons: Incomplete Address, Wrong Address, Wrong Pin code, Consignee is not available, customer refuses to receive, will not be re-attempted and will be considered as forfeited.
Publicity:
1. The Participant/s undertake and irrevocably and unconditionally permit truTRTL to cover the Program through various media including newspapers, radio television news channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard.
2. The winners must, at the request of truTRTL, participate in all Program activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to truTRTL using their name and image in Program material.
Intellectual Property:
1. All right, title and interest, including but not limited to the Intellectual Property Rights, in the Program material(s) and in all responses received shall always vest solely and exclusively with truTRTL. truTRTL or any person or entity permitted by truTRTL in this regard shall be entitled to use the responses received or any information in connection with the entry in any media for future Program, marketing, publicity, and any other purpose, without any permission and or payment to the Participant.
2. All material submitted in connection with the Program (whether written, audio, electronic or visual form, or a combination of those) or any photographs, video and/or film footage and/or audio recording taken of Participants are assigned to truTRTL upon submission and become the property of truTRTL exclusively. truTRTL may use the material in any medium in any reasonable manner it sees fit. Copyright in any such material remains the sole property of truTRTL.
General Conditions:
1. Each Participant represents and warrants that he/she is legally competent to enter binding contracts under applicable laws. By taking part and/or entering the Program, the Participant warrants that all information provided by Participant regarding Participant's name, age, state, city, address, phone number, etc., is true, correct, accurate and complete.
2. The decision of truTRTL, as regards the selection of winners and distribution of the prizes shall be final, subject only to truTRTL approval. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
3. No queries, claims, dispute, complaints or grievances shall be entertained by truTRTL after 30 days from the date of the closure of the Program.
4. The prize cannot be exchanged and is not transferable and cannot be converted into cash.
5. Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment or representation by truTRTL to conduct further Programs.
6. The decision of truTRTL shall be final in all regards and no communication shall be entertained in this regard. None of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or truTRTL between any Participant and truTRTL and the Participant shall not have the authority to bind truTRTL in any manner whatsoever.
7. truTRTL or any of its respective officers/employees/directors shall not be responsible for delayed, lost, mutilated, corrupted or illegible documents etc.
8. truTRTL shall not be liable to perform any of its/their respective obligations under the Program or in respect of the prize where it is unable to do so because of circumstances beyond its/their control in the nature of fire, explosions, natural calamities, state emergency, riots, or any other Force Majeure condition, etc., and shall not be liable to compensate the Participant in these circumstances.
9. truTRTL shall not be accountable/liable for any disruptions/stoppages/interruptions or cancellation of the Program due to any government restrictions.
10. Failure to exercise or delay in exercising a right or remedy provided hereunder or by law does not constitute a waiver of the right or remedy or waiver of other rights or remedies on the part of truTRTL
11. truTRTL accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, loss of SMS, loss of internet connectivity, unique codes, documents, demand drafts, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, unauthorized data hacking, deletion, theft, destruction, virus attack, transmission interruption, communications failure, hardware failure or otherwise. truTRTL shall not be liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.
12. If a Participant is dissatisfied with the Program or the Program rules and/or any content or any requirements of the Program form, the materials available related thereto, or with these terms and conditions, his/her sole and exclusive remedy is to not participate in the Program.
13. If a person chooses to access the Program Website from outside India, he/she shall do so on his/her own initiative and shall be responsible for compliance with applicable local laws of the country.
14. The operational part of the Program shall be managed by truTRTL and is solely responsible to address any concerns, queries that customers may have regarding the Program.
15. Participation in the Program is purely voluntary and the same shall be construed as an acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated herein.
16. The Program is subject to the guidelines/directions issued by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, Department of Telecommunications, and any governmental or statutory authority as may be applicable from time to time.
17. The truTRTL is not responsible for non-Delivery or receipt of an SMS by their servers or on the end user’s device due to customer handset issues, network issues or due to any issues at cellular operator’s end. By participating in this program, the customer understands that all such queries are to be directed to their current service provider directly and not hold truTRTL responsible for the same.
Release and Limitations of Liability:
1. truTRTL shall under no circumstances be liable, whether jointly or severally, for any loss or damage suffered or sustained (including but not limited to consequential loss), including for personal injury or property damage suffered or sustained, because of acceptance of any prize.
2. By entering the Program, the Participant hereby releases from and agrees to indemnify truTRTL and/ or any of its respective officers/employees from and against all liability, cost, loss, or expense arising out of acceptance of the prize or participation in the Program including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission, or otherwise.
3. truTRTL accept no liability, whether jointly or severally, for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or third parties in relation to the prizes, the Air Fryer and the Assured Vouchers. All queries and issues in relation to the aforesaid prizes shall be directed to the relevant manufacturer and/or provider of the vouchers.
4. The Participant shall be solely responsible for any consequences which may arise due to his/her participation in the Program by conducting an illegal act. Participant also undertakes to indemnify truTRTL and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents on the happening of such an event (including without limitation cost of attorney, legal charges etc.) on full indemnity basis for any loss/damage suffered by truTRTL on account of such act on the part of the Participant.
5. In consideration of truTRTL allowing the Participant/s to take part in the Program, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Participant/s waive and release each and every right or claim, all actions, causes of actions (present or future) each of them has or may have against truTRTL its respective agents, directors, officers, business associates, group companies, sponsors, employees, or representatives for all and any injuries, accidents, or mishaps (whether known or unknown) or (whether anticipated or unanticipated) arising out of the Program or related to the Program or the prize of the Program.
Dispute:
1. The courts of competent jurisdiction at DELHI shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine all disputes arising out of, or in connection with, the Program. Participation in the Program is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including (without limitation) this clause.
2. Further all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the Participants and/or truTRTL of this Program, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
